When I came on at Scentsy I took charge of Art Direction over digital.
Visual presence across all social channels was outdated and lacking a reach toward targeting a younger demo. Monthly, I collaborated with a wonderful team of marketers, photographers, designers and led toward a more youthful direction of monthly content. I reported to the Director of Design, and the Chief Creative Officer daily, giving presentations weekly.
Over the course of a year I saw not only the confidence of the team rise to create exciting things, but our social presence soar.
